Chelsea has won their sixth league title with a 1-0 win at West Bromwich Albion with Antonio Conte scoring the lone goal of the match. They confirmed their fifth title in the last 12 years. Triumphant Chelsea players threw John Terry in the air while David Luiz was showing off his samba skills. It took a while for Chelsea to conjure up the decisive goal in the 82nd minute by Michy Batshuayi, from a Cesar Azpilicueta pass, against stubborn opponents, as this only the fourth defeat for West Bromwich in five games.
