Anatomy of a relationship

HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY – MAKE LOVE NOT WAR!

Anatomy of a relationshipHow will you spend yours?

Valentines Day is not always happy for some people – take this couple on the left in the paintings entitled “Anatomy of a Relationship”. They’ve both seen better days together – sometime in the distant hazy past.  But for the happy couples who are in love, falling in love, entwined in matrimony and rearing their children, we at The Saturn Herald wish you all a Happy Valentine’s Day and hope you will all find a suitable way to share and show your love.  You can bake a heart-shaped pizza for two, share some pink Prosecco, indulge in listening to romantic songs, dine out, give your loved one a personally penned poem, (don’t forget to date it including the year), fill the car with pink balloons (blown up ones of course) and spray  “I Love You” in spray foam on the windows, suddenly  produce a charming piece of jewellery tastefully concealed in your pocket, share a bath with lots of bubbles, candles and rose petals, go to the opera, dance ’til dawn in the rain (preferably with your clothes on), make a pact to have special days together throughout your relationship …..we could go on and on but we are sure you have your own ideas…….Peace……….but anyway……………………

Dream up a Sunday meal with pink and red as the theme – Mateus Rose to drink or         Cranberry Juice, Tomato soup with a swirl of cream (its easy to home make), or prawn cocktail/lobster/crab cocktail followed with  Rare fillets of steak or lamb with sweet potato, tomatoes and heart shaped beetroot slices with a strawberry and raspberry desert with as much cream as you can handle.  Don’t forget chocolates wrapped in red shiny paper to drink with your pink coffee – yes you can really get pink coffee beans. And to you all  who are celebrating – CHEERS……………………………
