3 arrested for selling ambergris

Three arrested in Gujarat, western India, with 5.35kg of ambergris (whale vomit) worth over £600, 000. Ambergris is produced in digestive system of Whale of sperm of whales which is used to make luxurious perfumes and musk products.

According to local police officials ” The accused told us  they have procured the ambergris from Junagadh and were trying to sell it in Ahmedabad.”
