Greed led to murder of Gold man
Datta Phuge, a money lender who bought one of the world’s most expensive shirts made entirely of gold, weighing 3kg of gold worth $250,000 (£186,943) has been battered to death according to police in Pune, Western India.
Four persons have been detained for questioning in connection with his death as police suspect the dispute over money have led to the murder. A group of 12 attacked Mr Phuge (48) on Thursday night 15th July 2016, after one of the suspects invited Phuge to a birthday party in Dighi area when men allegedly threw stones and used sharp weapons.
