Jockey McCoy and Barbara Windsor honoured in New Year’s list

Barbara Windsor gets a lifetime of achievement with a damehood. She began her acting career aged just 13, known for her slapstick lines in the Carry On films and as East Enders TV landlady Peggy Mitchell.
