Kings XI Punjab won the toss and chose to field.  RCB were 63 for no loss and lost 3 wickets in 8 balls to 67 for 3. AB de Villiers and Sachin Baby added 50 runs for the 4th wicket. AB de Villiers 64 ensured RCB to post 175/6 and some clever bowling by Shane Watson 2-22 was just enough for RCB to clinch the match. Murali Vijay’s 89 and Marcus Stoinis 34 not out  proved in vain for Kings XI Punjab.
