Beepi most funded startups fails

So far in 2017  two companies Beepi and Quixey were among the 10 most funded startups to fail according to Techcrunch. They managed to raise funding in the region of $1.7 billion from venture capitalists and banks.

In some cases, their great idea floundered on operational problems. Beepi a used car service that bled cash could not operate efficiently, which had previously raised $150 million, shut down the operation outside California completely laying off 180 staff,  merging its remaining business and has been sold off in parts to pay creditors.
