Boris Johnson has been moved from intensive care back to the ward at St Thomas Hospital, Downing Street has said. Mr> Johnson has spent three nights in a high dependency unit at St Thomas’ Hospital in London this week having being admitted from late Sunday due to contracting coronavirus.

As soon as he was given his phone back he rushed to call his fiancée Carrie Symonds (32), who is pregnant with his child, and the birth is only weeks away.
