Bus falls off the bridge in India
On 6th August 10:30 am, five people are reported missing after a passenger bus ferrying 30 pilgrims fell into the swollen Shivnath river near Bhatapara-Baloda Bazar District, Balsipur in Chattisgarh in northern India. 20 people rescued were traumatised and are being treated in local district hospitals.
The bus was going towards Bilaspur from Bhatapara when the driver seems to have lost control while crossing a bridge at Semariya Ghat, Balodabazar, over, the bus fell into the Shivnath river.
