Cessna plane made an emergency landing on Swedish highway
The pilot of a private Cessna plane has made an emergency landing on a highway 27, near Boras in southwestern Sweden, according to Johan Ljung police duty officer. No one was injured. The Pilot Philip Woods of Boras aviation club said quoting Shakespeare “It’s much ado about nothing, I had run out of fuel even though i had checked the thank before taking off”.
When the plane came down the highway was deserted and there was no damage to neither the highway tarmac or the plane. Cars that arrived after the incident helped Woods move the aircraft off the road and onto the hard shoulder.
