Chelsea are Premier League champions

Chelsea win the 2014-15 Premier League Title after a final day win over Sunderland. Chelsea ended the season having topped the Premier League tables   with 87 points, in a record 274 days.  Their last Premier League victory was in 2006. As Chelsea lifted the title Didier Drogba bows out.
