Dope dealer jailed for dial-a drug T-shirt
Wajid Hussain (27) of Bradford, West Yorkshire, a county lines dealer has been caught after he “brazenly” advertised his dial-a-drug business, Naz & Scooby, 4-for 25 alongside side his mobile number on his own T-shirt.
Wajid Hussian who sold heroin and crack cocaine for the Scooby network was busted when an undercover cop saw his shirt and rang to arrange a deal. Hussian was jailed for six years after admitting dealing class A drugs.
Bradford Crown Court heard Hussian, the father-of-three, pleaded guilty to five counts of supplying Class A drugs, paid drivers to deliver his wares from April to July last year. Undercover officers in the Operation Errantdance investigation first rang the number to buy a £7 wrap of heroin. In two more meetings, Hussian was driven by 59-year-old driver Kevin Hodgson and offered police three for £20 and ten for £60 deals. Although Hodgson did not initially realise he was delivering drugs and was relieved to be arrested.
The telephone number on Hussain’s shirt was registered to him said, Judge Jonathan Durham Hall QC adding, “It is typical of the brazen arrogance of those who think they are big men in society.
Hodgson also of Bradford, admitted two counts and was jailed for two years and two months.
