Duke and Duchess of Cambridge look into cracking Cyberbullying

The “curse” of cyberbullying is being campaigned against by Prince William and Kate – Duchess of Cambridge.  They will meet with organisations like Twitter and Facebook and discuss how to prevent it.  A royal aide said “The duke definitely wants to meet them (the organisations)  and hear what they think can be done, what needs to change and what he can do to help.  It is an area that is being explored for constructive dialogue, as part of their wider programme on bullying and mental health”.

The couple visited a workshop in Dundee last month and were told there is not enough being done by social media groups to prevent the problem,

It is good news that people with power and influence are researching how to prevent this problem from persisiting and upsetting victims.
