Flooding re-occurs in the UK with devastating effect.

In York the River Ouse burst its banks after hour upon hour of torrential rain.  More than 6 inches fell in minutes in Wales and the North West of the UK and 30 Flood Warnings were issued by The Met Office.

In North Wales the River Conwy burst its banks and over all homes have been evacuated including in Lancashire and Yorkshire. Huge waves crashing into sea walls also caused havoc on ferries trying to dock in highly unsettled waters.
