
Gold prices soar

Gold price soared 1 percent to their highest in almost a year yesterday 4th September 2017, in the wake of North Korea’s latest and most powerful nuclear test as investors went elsewhere in search of safe-haven assets including Bitcoin.
Spot gold had risen to £1,030.54 ($1, 338.36) per ounce by 07:08 GMT, after touching its highest level at $1, 339.47.
In Kerala, India, gold price soared even further to £1, 032.83 per ounce.
