HARRODS EMPLOYEE SUING FOR £1M

Want to work for Harrods? Well lots of wannabe’s are turned down at interview stage mostly because their approach is too “common” even with a good command of the English language. Is this a “storm in a teacup” over Juan Mackenzie who is taking this prestigious temple of shopping to court to the tune of £1M? We will have to wait and see.  A customer brought a cake back to one of the Harrods interior cafés – Devil’s Dog Cake – saying it was too dry.  Juan not only ate the whole cake, but he also tried another little slice  of one for sale to taste if that was alright to sell.

Eventually our Juan got fired but during his time at Harrods on £2k per month,  he claims he got made a joke of by the staff due to his race (Chilean) age (35) and, he claims, his gender!

Juan claims “I even got sick over the whole situation, but now I feel strong enough to fight against evil.  I need to solve this problem in order to be able to move on with my life, get back my confidence, my mental health and get back the smile on my face.” The case continues.
