Iceland hold Portugal and Hungry beat Austria 2-0

Hungry shocked Austria with a win as they contained their rivals and scored when Adam Szalai scored in the 62’, through a Laszio Kleinheiser’s pass.

Austria almost scored the quickest ever goal at the Euros but David Alaba’s shot after 28 seconds hit the post. Aleksandar Dravoic equalized in 66’ and was sent off for a second bookable offence before Zoltan Stieber cooly lifted the basll over the keeper an sealed Hungry’s win after 87’.

Iceland drew with Portugal in Group F. Gylfi Sigurdsson almost put Iceland in front early on, but his angled shot and followed were saved by keeper. Nani slotted in for Portugal aft 31’ but Iceland equalized when Birkir Bjarnson. Christiano Ronaldo had a header saved as Iceland went close late on when Alfred Finnbogason’s shot was saved. Christiano Ronaldo critisied Iceland’s lack of ambition and said ‘They scored a goal, they created two chances in the 90 minutes and otherwise they got every player behind the ball.
