Jackie Chan brings Kung Fu to India
Kung Fu Yoga, Jackie Chan and Sonu Sood film with some elementary Kung Fu as Chinese archaeologist, Jack is in search of lost treasure of Magadha. His assistants and Indian gangs try to outsmart an Indian prince, Randall and his army to capture the gold.
Jack enlists Indian archaeologist Ashmita (Disha Patani) for searching and finding a lost treasure that belonged to her ancestors He travels to India with his assistant Zhu ( Yixing Zhang) and Nuomin ( Miya Muqi) to find the treasure first before rival contenders in Randall (Sonu Sood) who has an army of Kurta-clad white men, computer animated zoo animals, sports cars.
Director Stanley Tong gives you lot of information within the first ten minutes, leaving you totally confused.
Chan with his restricted moved and villain Sonu Sood the opponent made from your seat. The interrelation between Chan and a lion forces some giggles out. If you went to see the movie and was hoping to see some yoga then you are in for a shock.
The movie shows Indian royals wondering about icy mountain caves in Tibet with Cahn leading the way.
But the star-studded Indo-Chinese cast with Jackie Chan, Sonu Sood, Disha Patani, Amyra Dastur, Yixing Zhang, Aarif Rahman, keep you excited.
