One man’s efforts to make air travel safer
EVERYBODY FLIES – BRITISH CINEMAS PREMIERE:- A SHOCKING DOCUMENTARY FROM FACT NOT FICTION FILMS
Cinephil films are one of the organizations behind the film itemized above which took 18 years of research and 4.5. years to make, with the intrepid researcher and former British Airways pilot Tristan Loraine as host. Tristan features in interviews and investigations and directed the film with Beth Moran. Tristan also produced the film. Tristan Loraine – the former airline captain compiled footage of him interviewing former air hostesses and pilots too who have never got their health back after inhaling TCP – engine oil – tinged air in the aviation industry – essentially in-flight situations. Apparently a similar chemical is used in sheep dip which poisons sheep’s fleece and prevents vermin at the cost of the people doing the sheep dips developing shortness of breath, bad physical agility, and confused states!
The film exposes global collusion with the aviation industry in trying to prevent a serious investigation into contaminated air on planes emanating from the oil used, known as TCP. Airline companies have apparently known about it for years and many important dignitaries in the airline industry have refused to discuss this issue intelligently. Obviously the whole problem could be cleared up with better air in the cabins and the rest of the planes but clearly this would cost money meaning group meetings and a lot of administration to change the danger pilots fear as well as important cabin crew and passengers.
Eleven million people fly each day and 4 billion passengers fly each year. The planes can and do contain dangerous toxins. The air on planes cannot be taken from outside the plane in flight as it is stewards and stewardesses have witnessed certain passengers feeling and being sick when these odours happen caused by TCP and identify that different people have different physical reactions to the oil in the air.
Some air hostesses have had to retire off sick after the leakage of TCP and some pilots have even died. People like Tristan Loraine just want to see fair play in the multi-billion dollar air industry so all those flying on a regular basis or working on planes can ensure they are safe healthwise to do their job. Of course, passenger safety is paramount as well. Don’t panic but if you feel this needs looking into do try to do so.
