Pilot killed in jet crash at Thailand

Squadron Leader Dilokrit Phattawee (35), while performing manoevres in a Swedish JAS 39 Gripen Jet at a Thailand kids day air show, at Hat Yai air base in Southern Thailand, was killed, when the plane suddenly lost altitude and crashed and exploded in a ball of fire in front of screaming onlookers.
