Property tycoon result of YouTube videos

 A property tycoon claims he learned his tricks of the trade from YouTube Videos and no longer needs to work at the age of 28.

Nathan Winch, a biology graduate and ex- NHS employee from Barnsley, South Yorkshire earns about £10, 000 a month from investments and has built a portfolio of properties worth £ 500, 000, despite working on it full time since September 2018.

He also completes deals for investors – generating a finder’s fee for sourcing properties and said to have earner £13, 500 in just one morning.
