Serena in final simply too powerful
World Number One Serena Williams demolished fourth seed Maria Sharapova to set up a Wimbledon final against Spain’s Garbine Muguruza. The 33 year old American extended her lead against Sharapova to 17 matches over 11 years with 6-2 , 6-4 victory. Williams simply too powerful.
William’s could win her sixth Wimbledon final and 21st major title on Saturday, when he can be proud owner of all four Grand Slams. Williams has reached her 25th Grand Slam final.
Muguruza beat Agniwszka Radwanska 6-2, 3-6, 6-3 in the first semi-final.
