South Africa win by 7 wickets with 11 balls remaining.

South Africa pulled off a very clinical win by beating India by 7 wickets to take an unassailable 2-0 lead.

India’s bowling have been really flat and never looked like putting pressure on the South African bowlers giving them easy singles.

India set South Africa to chase 288 runs to win in Paarl with opener Quinton de Kock scoring his 27th half century. Janneman Malan 91. Bumrah breaks 80-run stand by bowling off-cutter on length and gets inside edge which rattled Malan’s middle stumps.

KL Rahul and Shikhar Dhawan gave India an opening stand of 63, before spinners struck, and even removed Virat Kohli for a duck. Magala in his first over, swung the ball into pads of Dhawan as the left-handed batsman flicked off his pads to send the ball through mid-wicket boundary. Shardul Thakur on an unbeaten 40, helped India to post 287 for six in their 50 overs.
