The £1,200 small pot of face cream turns to multi-billion pound business

Millions of women wants to look younger and they will spend more than £6000 a year in creams and some exlcusive La parairie products including the £252 cellular eye essence and the £274 cellular cream platinum rare. Outrageous pricing and playing on people’s insecurities.

Some women are infatuated with the beauty business they indulge and spend over £1000 for a single pot of face cream.

It all started with an event at the Dorchester  featuring LA Pairire spa facial. The spa experience promises to remove all dark circles  under your eyes and look more radiant and refreshed.

Last week, it was reported the price of face cream and moisturisers have soared costing more than £200 a pot, with Christian Dior’s cream selling at £1,200 a pot, while L’Or de Vie La Cure  with  essential active ingredient – sap extract from the vines of a chateaux in France combined with marc – leftovers from pressing grapes and Gurlain’s £900 orchidee Imperiale cure to ReVive’s £930 Peau Magnifique Youth which promises to spectacular transformation make the skin beautiful, flawless and five years younger within 28 days.
