Katie Holmes plays a widow called Miranda Wells who is struggling to bring up her three children. A bad storm brings a devastating challenge in the shape of a mystery man – Josh Lucas playing Bray Johnson who makes the family whole again.  But what is his secret? This 107-minute long film had a budget of 9.2 million dollars. Director Andy Tennant who also wrote the screenplay with Bekah Brunstetter and Rick Parks worked from the bestselling self-help book “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne. Tennant has also worked on “Hitch” and “Sweet Home Alabama” It also stars Josh Lucas, Jerry O’Connell, and Celia Weston.
