Vijay Mallya can be extradited from the UK to India to face fraud charges

Fugitive  billionaire and owner of the Force India  Formula One team and owner of now defunct Kingfisher Airlines, whose extradition has been ordered by a UK court, which described him as “glamorous, flashy, famous, bejewelled, bodyguarded, ostensibly billionaire playboy who charmed and cajoled these bankers into losing their common sense.” The court stated “ there is no grounds at all” to believe Mallya would face human rights risk in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail.
