World’s most expensive vodka at £960,000 $ 1.3m has been found empty on a construction site according to Danish police. The bottle made from gold and silver and with a diamond encrusted cap was on loan to a Café 33 Copenhagen bar which had a collection of vodkas on display. According to the bar CCTV, an intruder grabbed the Russo Baltique vodka and fled the scene. Eventually, the stolen empty bottle was found unbroken on a construction site in the city. “ I don’t know what happened with the vodka, but the bottle was empty” Riad Tooba, the Copenhagen police spokesman said. Brian Ingberg the café 33 bar owner revealed that he had borrowed the bottle from the Latvia-based Dartz Motor Company and planned to refill with vodka and put it back on display as he had more of the vodka that was previously in the bottle. The Russian luxury car maker Russo-Baltique have created the vodka to commemorate the centenary of the company’s factory. The front of the bottle is decorated with leather and has a replica of the radiator guard for Russo-Baltique cars. The cap of the bottle is shaped like a Russian imperial eagle encrusted with diamonds.
