Harry Potter: A history of Magic
Julian Harrison, the lead curator of the Harry Potter exhibition and medieval historical manuscripts at the British Library, takes a look at the Broomsticks, crystal balls, handwritten drafts of chapters and an annotated sketch of Hogwarts school and a tombstone of Nicolas Flamel, a real historical figure who features in first novel Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, a Cauldron dated back over 3,000 years, are on display at the British Library’s record-breaking Harry Potter exhibition: A History of Magic with items from JK Rowling’s personal archive. The exhibition has already sold 30, 000 tickets.
