Mumbai Indian 142/6 (20/20 ov) Kunal Pandya 49 off 28, 3 fours, 3 sixes, JC Butler 11 off 11, 1 four, AT Rayudu 54 off 49, 3 fours, 2 sixes, B Kumar 17-1, B Sran 28-3, Mustafizur Rahman 32-1.

Sunrisers Hyderabad  108/3 (16/20 ov) David Warner 90 off 59, 7 fours, 4 sixes, MC Henriques 20 off 22, 1 four , 1 six, TG Southee 24-3,

Sunrisers Hyderabad won the toss and chose to field. Mumbai Indian batting was subdued by Sunrisers with Sran, Bhuvi and Mustafizur all excellent in end-overs as only 31 runs were conceded off the last five overs, Just only one over of 26 runs. Krunal’s 49 and Rayudu’s 54 helped Mumbai to post a defendable target, although  all their efforts are in vain. But David Warner’s 59 ball 90 not out steered Sunrisers Hyderabad to their first win of the season after their bowlers kept Mumbai Indians to 142. Mumbai seamers apart from Southee  bowled too short and paid the price. Southee’s late-swing yorker got  Shikar Dhawan. David Warne who love slash, cut and pull,  smashed boundaries against seamers and a big six down the ground against Burmah came off a short  ball. He ended the game with 2 sixes in 3 balls off Mitchell McClenaghan over mid-off and deep square leg and ended the chase with 15 balls remaining.
