Amal Augustine, from Kidangoor, Aluva, Kerala, a final year electronics and communication Engineering student at KMEA Engineering college, create a domain in the name of Facebook’s Zuckerberg’s daughter MaxChanzuckerberg.org and invested a mere £2 ( Rs 200) just out of curiosity.

He had since received an email from Sarah Chappel, Manager, Iconic Capital, the company that manages the financial affairs of Zuckerberg making an offer of £490 (US $ 700) to handover the internet domain name Maxima Chan Zuckerberg., which was accepted by Amal. The deal was finalized through a transaction on Go Daddy.com.

This is effectively cybersquatting by procuring the domain addresses registered in the name of persons, brands or companies and onward selling these domains for a profit.
