England needs 33 runs to win.

England is determined on a series-clinching victory over South Africa after a supreme bowling display on the fourth day of the Third and final Test at the Kia Oval. The home side bowled South Africa for 169 to leave 130 required for a 2-1 victory.

England’s bowlers chipped in as Stuart Broad and Ben Stokes took three-wicket each, and James Anderson and Ollie Robinson both claimed two.

At close England were 97-0 in 17 overs still needing 33 more runs to win. Zak Crawley raced to his fifty from 36 balls, his first half-century in 17 Test innings, and ended 57 not out with Alex Lees unbeaten on 32.

After resuming on 154-7 England lost the final three wickets for four runs in 16 deliveries, part of a collapse of six wickets for 29 runs.

Although South Africa wiped out the deficit of 40 for the loss of only one wicket and was 83-1 until England bowlers struck. South Africa lost their last nine wickets for 86, a collapse started by an error of judgment from Dean Elgar South African captain who failed to review at lbw decision off broad when the ball would have missed the leg stump

England took 27 from the first three overs.
