The terrorist actions of the so-called Islamic State in France and the Syrian conflict have dominated the agenda of the world leaders who are meeting in Antalya, Turkey at the G20 summit. The G20 developed during the financial crisis as the forum to deal with economic and trade issues, replaced The G7 world’s rich nation’s club as the global multilateral forum, including the eastern powers, the developing world and oil producers around one table with the world’s wealthiest countries.

UK Prime Minister David Cameron has said Britain’s safety depends on “ degrading and ultimately destroying ISIL and UK was already working to his end with its campaign in Iraq and that it was supporting others’ work in Syria ” after the group said it carried out Friday’s deadly attacks in Paris.
