Google who owns the world best algorithm for  searching information on the internet, and a bet on the future of self-driving cars bought the abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz.com from BMW who used the domain name for its fleet of services unit. Google will now use the domain for their reinvention to a conglomerate called Alphabet according to domain name records Whois.

The change from Google to Alphabet took place last week with Google shares becoming Alphabet shares but keeping their old symbols GOOG and GOOGL.
