Diwali is celebrated at the Neasden Temple in London.
Diwali the Hindu festival of lights, is associated with happiness, the spiritual triumph of good over evil, light over darkness, and Knowledge over ignorance, and as people seek prosperity in their lives, traditionally celebrated to mark the homecoming of Lord Rama who returned to Ayodhya after spending 14 years in exile, is also dedicated to Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth.
Deepavali (Diwali) will be celebrated on Monday 24th October, during which people will worship the goddess Lakshmi.
