Justin Bieber (23) and Luciana Chamone, a Brazilian brunette model, were photographed with their arms wrapped around each other as his driver ushered them away from the Fasano Hotel in Rio de Janeiro. Bieber, has a history of being linked to famous models like Hailey Baldwin and Sofia Richie since the beginning of last year. He is Brazil as part of his “Purpose World Tour” and performed in Rio and Sao Paulo.
