 L Paes has now won 4 mixed double title and second with Hingis, and they also won the Australian Open earlier this year. He has won 8 mens Doubles title and 16th Grand Slam title.

Seventh seed L Paes and Martina Hingis Indo-Swiss pair smashed their way to the title by beating Austrian-Hungarian pair Peva and Babos 6-1, 6-1 in 40 minutes. Babos could not handle Hingis returns.
