A large section of a Russian high-rise building in the industrial city of Magnitogorsk collapsed after the black killing 39.

The ministry declared end of the search operations by hundreds of rescue workers on January 3rd, more than three days after the explosion on New Year’s Eve which sent a section of the 10-storey building in the southern Urals city crashing. The cause of the fire is believed to be from a gas leak.

Among the dead were 6 children . Six people were pulled alive from jaws of death including an infant whose rescue has been described as a miracle.
