Medal target at Rio is getting closer and closer for GB

As The Saturn Herald reporter writes (6:20 am on 16 August) this is the medal score for the two top winning countries so far at Rio:-

USA – 26 gold 23 silver and 26 bronze

GB    – 16 gold 17 silver and 8 bronze

The above score for  GB is just 7 short of the our official target. It seems GB may have underestimated themselves!
