A MIG-28K  fighter jet the Indian Navy overshot the runway at Goa Dabolim airport in Vasco, India and crashed today. The pilot a trainee, safely escaped by removing the canopy. The airport located inside the naval base  INS Hansa resumed after a brief disruption with some flights being delayed.

The fighter aircraft failed to take off and crashed 200 meters away from the runaway.
