No one injured as an elephant goes bersek
An elephant taking part in a religious procession t the Tripunithura temple, in Kerala, South India, went berserk lat week during the Seeveli, a ritualistic procession around the temple accompanied by a percussion ensemble.
The mahout with quick thinking got back control as a result no body was injured.
Seven elephants were taking part in the procession when the commotion began, when stump of the muthukkuda a large umbrella of another elephant accidentally hit this elephant. Hundreds of people had gathered at the temple began to run helter-skelter.
The elephant who made a sudden exit from the temple premises soon calmed down and the situation was brought back to normal.
