Seven people killed in stabbing and vehicle London terror attack
A white van hit several pedestrians on London Bridge at 22:08 BST before crashing into railings. Three men then left the vehicle and stabbed several people in Borough Market, south of the bridge.
Armed officers responded and shot the three suspects within eight minutes. According to police seven people are dead and in addition three terrorist. The attackers were shot dead by 8 police officers using 50 bullets, as a member of public was accidentally shot.
London Ambulance Service said they have taken 48 people to five near by hospitals.
The seriously injured suffered head, face and leg wounds. Police boats have also searched the River Thames for anyone who may have fallen from the bridge.
Prime Minister Theresa May said: “Our thoughts are with those who are caught up in these dreadful events.”
Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn called the attach “brutal and shocking”.
