South Korean film “Parasite” win 4 Oscars and makes history
South Korean film Parasite has been named the best picture at 2020 Oscars becoming the first non-English language film to take the top prize beating 1917 and Joker. Parasite won four awards while Sam Mendes’s 1917 took three.
Renee Zellweger won the best actress for playing Judy Garland in Judy, Joaquin Phoenix was named the best actor for Joker, Brad Pitt and Laura Dern won the supporting acting awards for their roles in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time in Hollywood and Marriage Story respectively.
