Tesla market value

In June 2010, while Ford Motors had a valuation of  $38 billion compared to Tesla’s $1.3 billion.

But 2020 swa fords  valuation down to $28 billion while Tesla’s valuation  shot up to $256 billion.

Tesla  ranks sixth among companies on the U.S. stock market and is now worth almost eight times GM and nearly 13 times Ford. Tesla has a much cleaner balance sheet because it carries just $13 billion of debt in contrast  to GM and Ford who have over $100 billion of debt each.

In 2021, Tesla’s market captialisation shot to $635 billion compared to Ford’s $50.78 bn.

Tesla became one of the most actively traded stocks in the market even though it was the most expensive.
