World photo day is a growing international photography event focused on inspiring thousands of photographers across the planet to share their world, on August 19th 2016. A celebration of passion for photography captured by photographers of all skills from diverse cultures, where millions of pictures are uploaded every minute. Update your photos to http://worldphotoday.com/ already 11,500 photographs have uploaded 5000 images of passionate people and beautiful places, from 1342 cities and 111 countries, celebrating photography together.

Daguerreotype, a photographic processes developed by Joseph Nicephore Niepce and Louis Daguerre in 1837, and the French government purchased the patent and announced the invention as a gift “Free to the World” and August 19th, 1839, was chosen the date for World Photo Day and for the first time on August 19, 2010 World Photo Day Founder Korske Ara  launched his website that could support a global gallery.
