This is the biggest win for India outside Asia, as the previous win was by Innings and 90 runs v Zimbawe in Bulawayo 2005-06. D Bishoo and CR Brathwaite puton 95 run partnership for the 9th wicket which is the second highest, the highest by Sri Lankan pair KMDN Kulasekara and WPUJC Vass for 105 runs against England/. This is the second time R Ashwin has scored a century and took a seven wicket haul in the same test, only Indian cricketer to do it twice. Mankad and Umrigar did it once.

Kraigg C Brathwaite 51 not out , and SO Dowrich 45 were the only resistance from West Indies on a docile track before R Ashwin took seven wickets and Ishant Sharma, A Mishra and Yadav each took a wicket in the Antigua Test, as wickets started tumbling at the other end, as West Indies followed on in the second innings.
