All that glitters is not gold
Only in New York you can indulge in gold dusted French fries. Serendipty3 in Manhattan, New York recently made it to the Guinness World Records by cooking up the ultimate cheesy French fries – Crème de la Crème Pomme Frites valued at $200 USD, by creative chef Joe Calderone, and Corporate executive chef. Fredrick Schoen-Kiewert whipped up the new dish with gold dust to provide guests with a unique and delicious French fries by experience.
The Special French fries were made with “upstate Chipperbeck potatoes, Dom Perignon Champagne and J. LeBlanc French Champagne Ardenne Vinegar, Guerande Truffle salt, Urbani summer truffle oil and topped with shaved Crete Senesi Pecorino Tartufello” and 23 carat gold dust which is finger-licking gold dusted French fries, treated in Champagne served on high-quality crystal plates, with matching bowl to carry the Mornay Sauce for dipping the golden fries.
This is the opening gambit of the restaurant which was closed for public since 2020 due pandemic lockdown.
Serendipity3nyc also earlier had set records for creating dishes like most expensive milk shake, most expensive sandwich and most expensive dessert.
