Samsung’s latest smart TV’s strongest assets becomes its weakest point.
Samsung, the South Korean electronics giant has warned users not to discuss sensitive subjects in front of its Inter-connected latest smart TV which could listen to conversations.
A voice recognition feature can activate and potentially transmit information to a third party without any warning. According to Samsung the Voice recognition can be activated or deactivated by the user who can also disconnect the TV from Wi-Fi network.
The cutting edge technology that is available although looks pretty impressive, you may still want to ensure that your privacy is not breached.
Apparently Samsung’s Smart TV privacy policy has come under fire after a portion of it read that people should not divulge personal stuff in front of the TV set.
Nobody bothers to read the small print in the company’ s privacy policy.
